This removes your Nemyo parent account. It is not a refund.
Cancel is not a refund
Cancel in Manage plan if you only want billing to stop. Cancel during the 5-day trial means no charge. A refund of a paid month is a separate email to support@nemyo.uk.
Deleting the account also cancels any active plan, then erases this login and the linked child devices.
